The Pool View Apartments combine boutique resort living with the comfort of a personal retreat in Curaçao. Positioned along the pool side, they offer an open, lively feel with a private touch. The living area opens onto a terrace overlooking water, palms, and tropical greenery.
Inside, the optional Florá interior package brings warm tones, natural materials, and thoughtful lighting. The compact living room includes a sitting area, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, with large sliding doors connecting seamlessly to the terrace.
The bedroom offers a calm retreat with a generous bed and built-in storage, while the bathroom features a walk-in shower and refined natural finishes, complemented by a separate guest toilet.
The private terrace extends the living space outdoors, ideal for breakfast, quiet moments, or pool views, and reinforces the apartment’s resort atmosphere while preserving privacy.

Florá Connecting Hotelrooms
The Florá Connecting Hotelrooms consist of two hotel rooms that are connected to each other. These units are intended primarily as an investment: they are rented out as hotel rooms within the resort.
Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to four guests. Guests enjoy all resort facilities: the tropical garden with the pool, the pool bar, the fire pit, and the restaurant and bar.
Returns run through the same rental pool as the apartments and penthouses, with an indicative net return of 7.4%. Florá takes care of marketing, all rentals, day-to-day management, and guest services, so you receive rental income without being actively involved.
Florá Penthouse A
Within Florá Boutique Resort, the four penthouses hold a special position, each occupying the top floor of one of the four buildings. They combine the feel of a private retreat with a spacious residence, optionally fully furnished. A natural palette of wood, soft textures, light flooring, and subtle lighting runs throughout, while a long hallway leads from the entrance past the bedrooms to the open living, kitchen, and terrace area.
The open living area feels light and inviting, with broad sliding doors connecting it to the generous, partially covered terrace. The kitchen is central, featuring a large island, natural stone countertop, integrated appliances, and warm wood cabinetry. The adjoining sitting area offers a quiet spot with views over the terrace and greenery.
The terrace functions as a true outdoor room, combining a dining table, shaded lounge area, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi with surrounding views. Tropical planting and wood shutters add shelter and privacy.
The primary bedroom is generously proportioned, with built-in wardrobes, a private work corner, and French doors opening onto a private balcony. The second bedroom follows the same calm tone, with its own terrace. Both function as independent retreats.
The bathrooms feature natural stone, terrazzo-style flooring, illuminated mirrors, and spacious walk-in showers for a composed, spa-like feel, complemented by a separate guest toilet.
Starting from approximately 160 m² total, including over 106 m² of interior space and 55 m² of covered outdoor space, the penthouses offer a balanced mix of indoor comfort and terrace living. As part of Florá Boutique Resort, owners enjoy private use with the option to join the rental pool, making these penthouses well suited for relaxed vacations, longer stays, and effortless ownership in Curaçao.
Florá Penthouse B
Inside, Penthouse B has virtually the same layout and finish as Penthouse A: an open living room with kitchen and island, two bedrooms each with their own outdoor space, and two bathrooms with natural stone and a walk-in shower.
The difference is in the outdoor space. The terrace of Penthouse B is more compact than the one of Penthouse A, with the same combination of dining table, lounge area, and views over Pietermaai.
This makes the entry price lower, while comfort and finish stay the same. This penthouse can also be placed in the rental pool, with an indicative net return of 7.4%.

Florá is centrally located in Pietermaai, Willemstad, within walking distance of the historic centre. The well-known Handelskade and Floating Market are about a 5-minute walk away. In around 10 minutes you can walk to Otrobanda, known for its colourful murals, shops and Rif Fort.
The beaches are easy to reach as well. Mambo Beach is about a 5-minute drive away and Jan Thiel Beach around 10 minutes. Thanks to its central location, Florá is also an ideal base for exploring the rest of Curaçao, including Westpunt, the many bays and Christoffel Park.
Curaçao International Airport is about a 20-minute drive from Florá.
How is security arranged at Florá Curaçao?
Florá Curaçao will have controlled access at the gates and entrance doors and a camera surveillance system on the resort. The operating budget of the owners’ association (VvE) also includes security during the evening and night hours. The apartments and penthouses are not fitted with an individual alarm system as standard.
What does the purchase process for an apartment or penthouse on Curaçao look like?
Units at Florá Boutique Resort are purchased through Sotheby’s International Realty Curaçao. Once you have expressed interest, the compliance and client acceptance process follows, after which the purchase agreement is drawn up and signed. The agreed deposit is then paid, and further payments are made according to the payment stages set out in the purchase agreement.

Can I buy an apartment on Curaçao as a Dutch or other foreign buyer?
